   Are you having problems useing your blue tooth connecting to the right person when you make a command ? I made a suggestion a while back to use address as contacts for neighborhood watch and in the same manner it will improve your connection request. Example.  If your neighbor is named John ,living at 6576  (on your street) . You can input his name as 6576John and program your cell  to his contact number. When calling say call  6576 John ,it should work 100% better. I have been using for years in the manner.

	Thought I would mention ,if you push on your voice command once you can usually get to your settings button to program your digit adaptation in which you will be asked to repeat a combination of numbers to get your phone in tune with your voice tone . It is best to do this while having your blue tooth on. TAKE NOTE : In some phones if you hold your voice command button to long it will put you in record mode.

	Just to let verizon cell phone costumers know - 411 information is free by calling 1-800-373-3411 . It will have a advertisement message then ask your request information . It will not dial or text it to you for free . It may text it for free if your have text on your plan . It does give the number verbally for free for you to dial. I put it under name 411 but my phone some times called the operator which is a charge call,if voice command is used . I would not put in in this manner unless you are not using the voice command feature when dialing. The 1-800 number above is a mechanical answering service not live , if you get the live person that is a fee by calling 411.

	Thought I would mention You can get back up assist program on your verizon phone for free by registering on-line . It well allow you to transfer your numbers to another phone if you lose it or the connection cables don't work on the older one . Also I found out today that the warranty on the phone is one year for manufacture defects but I didn't know some of the plans have an extended insurance plan damages caused by us users ,which I believe covers a limited 50 dollars charge for the replacement of my basic phone if lost . Something to check on if you have these scenarios .
